With a 1st first class honours in Cosmetic Science, Julia has over 24 years of experience in the Cosmetics industry, working with leading cosmetic ingredient manufacturers and suppliers, working in all areas of research and development, innovation, claim substantiation, product and formulation design, sustainability, compliance and safety.
Julia's area of expertise is in utilising the best ingredients for the skin and hair, having spent years advising some of the world's leading and most prestigious beauty and skincare brands on ingredients and guiding them on product formulation strategies and technical R&D projects.
Her focus is always skin science, with the primary purpose to enhance skin health and by leveraging her extensive knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulations, Julia developed Biaya Botanics, an exclusive and truly luxurious skincare line with purpose.
